Purpose: remove surface energy & prepare the body
1.Bathe or shower using the soap.
2.Wash the body gently, focusing on hands, neck, chest, feet, Rinse slowly and consciously.
This step removes energy collected through daily contact.
🌿 STEP 2: Deep Cleansing Bath
Isicitho Herb Mix + Uncrossing Bath Salt
Purpose: lift and wash away spiritual heaviness
1.Add the herbs and bath salt to warm bath water.
(If no bath is available, pour from a bowl over the body.)
2.Pour water from shoulders downward.
3.Allow the water to flow off naturally, do not rinse with clean water immediately.
4.Air dry if possible.
